The firm represents a number of small to mid-size domestic companies as general counsel and otherwise. As general counsel we are the point person for a companie's legal needs. And through our extensive network of attorneys, we can associate particular practice areas such as patent and or securities lawyers when required to meet our clients needs. Our practice includes:

  • Forming and dissolving corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and other business entities
  • Drafting articles and bylaws, and operating, partnership, shareholder, buy-sell, employment,  and similar agreements

The firm also represents the United States subsidiaries of foreign corporations and foreign investors. We currently represent United States subsidiaries of Swiss, British, German, Chinese, and Bermudian companies. We also represent certain Swiss and Chinese companies in corporate matters.
