Steven Lemon to present seminar on Environmental Issues in Contaminated Property Transactions

Partner Steven Lemon is scheduled to address the National Business Institute’s seminar on Advanced Issues in Real Estate Law on June 19, 2013.  Steven’s presentation will focus on environmental issues in contaminated property transactions, including legal requirements for cleaning up contaminated property, obligations of buyer and seller in a real estate transaction, the attorney’s role in “all appropriate inquiries” (AAI), practical strategies to protect the Seller during a real estate transaction, and lead paint disclosure requirements.

Matt Rieger is Now an Associate With the Firm

Jones Lemon & Graham LLP is pleased to announce that Matt Rieger is now an associate with the firm. Matt will handle litigation, insurance and business law matters. He joins the firm from Rieger Legal LLC, which he founded. And before then, he was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Matt graduated from the University of Michigan with degrees in law and industrial and operations engineering, and is a native of St. Charles.
