Partner Steven Lemon is scheduled to address the National Business Institute’s seminar on Advanced Issues in Real Estate Law on June 19, 2013. Steven’s presentation will focus on environmental issues in contaminated property transactions, including legal requirements for cleaning up contaminated property, obligations of buyer and seller in a real estate transaction, the attorney’s role in “all appropriate inquiries” (AAI), practical strategies to protect the Seller during a real estate transaction, and lead paint disclosure requirements.
